Ashley Tan, the Founder and Chief Transformation Officer, is a dedicated leader who spearheads A Training Academy Sdn Bhd. As an HRD Corp (HRDC) Accredited Trainer with over a decade of extensive, hands-on experience in the digital marketing landscape, she is committed to empowering SMEs and professionals by designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that drive real-world digital transformation. Her career is marked by significant regional leadership, having successfully led Trinity42’s Vietnam operations from 2017 to 2024, where she oversaw substantial growth and market expansion.
Her expertise is specifically concentrated on the strategic integration of emerging technologies, positioning her as a leading voice in training related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its practical applications for business growth. This authority is further recognized through her appointment as a trainer under the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) for the AI Productivity program. Through this collaboration, Ashley has delivered a series of training sessions to the public, focusing on enhancing national productivity through accessible AI implementation.
