Built from running real operations
Over more than a decade in Malaysia and Vietnam, Ashley has worked with clients from many different industries, first through digital marketing agency work and later leading operations, learning and digital transformation. Across all of them she saw the same thing: new tools only pay off when people know how to use them in their daily work.
A Training Academy was set up to close that gap. Every programme is hands-on, built around real tasks, and designed so teams leave with something they can use the next day. When training alone isn't enough, our consulting framework, The Transformation Architect, finds the real causes of friction and builds a plan the team will follow.
